How quickly will I get a reply?
Most emails are answered within 1–2 business days. Complex questions about calculator accuracy or tax assumptions may take up to 3 business days while we verify details.
Can you give me personalised financial advice?
No. MakeMyCred is not a bank, lender, or SEBI-registered investment advisor. We can help you understand how a calculator works or what a number means, but we can't tell you what to buy or sell. Please consult a qualified professional for personalised advice.
A calculator gave me a different number than my bank. What should I do?
Small differences usually come from how interest is compounded, rounding conventions, or fees that your lender adds. Share the tool name, your inputs, and the expected output, and we'll investigate. If the difference is large, always trust your lender's statement for a real loan.
Is my personal data safe when I use the site?
Yes. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. We don't require sign-up to use any tool, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I suggest a new calculator or feature?
Absolutely — we love hearing these. Use the form above and pick "Suggest a new calculator." Describe what you want to calculate and why it would be useful. Many of our tools started as user suggestions.
Do you offer a business or API version?
